Crisis Inc. began when Michael Weeks and Bret Curran met after being brought on as live members of NYC industrial band I, Parasite. During practices, they discussed their mutual love of post-rock and industrial metal, and began meeting up to hash out ideas for a project.

Shortly after, Jason Locke joined on guitar, and demo writing became more focused and a general format was found, but unfortunately due to a host of reasons, the project faltered and each member amicably moved on to new paths.

Showcased on this release are the 9 strongest demos the band produced, and one remix produced for a limited single release done in 2005.
